hi every cdi ive tried ive had to retune the carb,why is this

Without some model and history detail it.s hard to say but generally the CDI is the one thing that don,t fail often,the parts suppliers would have you think otherwise,most of the "orange magic boxes" advance the timing at high revs Brent has a video in the tec section.You may be looking up the wrong tree.Start a thread in the trouble shooting section for help.
