Just picked up a used tippmann marker and hpa 2k tank... tore the tank gasket picked up some more. Question is when I spin the tank on the marker is air suppose to leak out or should pressure stay stagnant until I'm ready to get busy. Any care suggestions would be good too! Side note: this did that with the original rubber gasket also!

You talking paintball? A little spray silicone works well on most any rubber oring.

Yea paintball Rubber broke so I picked up some durometer polurethane...same situation..air passing the o rings ...to make it even more clea. When screwing on the tank.. I have 20 seconds to shoot or air will be no more!(exaggerated...alittle...haha, things got better when I replaced the rubber for the tank) Are all tank o ring metrics 9/16" x 11/16" x 1/16"

It has been a long time since I've been around paintball stuff, but it's definitely not normal for it to continuously leak. Especially not in 20 seconds for it to all leak out. Maybe something leaks as it's connected, but that should be it. If that were normal paintball matches would be little more than CO2 reload festivals. You should be able to use that tank till it runs out from firing. I don't recall enough to be of any use, but if no one else here can help maybe take it to a local paintball place and let them have a look.

Found out the push valve, the valve that gives the ball velocity, has a leak. Could hear it out the chamber. 20 bucks new or can break it down and see what is causing the problem...possibly a gasket.
