For my Kymco Like 50 I ordered a new 19mm carburetor because the original 16mm works badly. My engine is original 49cc but without restriction (exhaust, air filter...) In my original carburetor I have # 90 hand jet and # 35 pilot and work fine.
With my new 19mm carb, what jet size should I install?
Keep the #90 and #35 or increase?
Thank you!

You'll probably have to go up in size on at least the main jet. As usual, test and tune is the way to figure it out for sure. I'd start at 100 at least and work from there.

Ok I have a jet #100, hoping that is the same thread size as the origins ... Otherwise I have a # 110

Get more jets IMO. I like to have at least every 5 numbers in a reasonable range. So like 90-95-100-105-110 rather than 90-100-110. I would suggest either getting a kit of jets from a reputable brand or if you bought genuine jets before (like genuine Mikuni for example) then fill in with more jets from the manufacturer of the carb. If you mix and match, you are more likely to end up with jets that aren't rated/sized exactly the same. I put a hole in a piston on a long trip after I upjetted and it turned out that the "larger" jet was smaller than the one I replaced.

Ok, but the carburetor i buy i don't know the name or model, i know it's the same model of the original on my Kymco. The new one is a 19mm with a mixture screw...

If you take the jet out and look at it and take a few measurements, you can probably figure out what it is from sites like JetsRUs.

It takes 4mm Keihin jets. It's a clone of a Keihin PB carb just with a bigger throat.

Is the inner opening on this really 19mm? Been looking for a bigger replacement for my stock DD50 one (I think its 14mm). This looks like it'll bolt right in, where'd you pick this up vermi?

Finally I received the carburetor but instead of a 19mm it was a 16mm that I received, same size of my original. I bought it on Ebay, after a few emails the seller will refund me and I can keep the carburetor.

FWIW I switched from a 19mm PHBG to a 21mm PHBG and had to downjet...
