ok so the question is if i remove all the emissions junk i am left with three lines one from intake to fuel pump. on from the head for breather. and one from the tank to ? i have it venting atmospherically. now i may be missing a few this is all on a standard Chinese gy6. the question is there a better way to route all these.
i searched but only came up with vague info.

The intake to the fuel pump, I found a plastic cap that fit and zip tied it off until I get a new intake manifold with one outlet. The metal tube removed from the valve cover area and found a metal bracket at the hardware store that covered it well and bolted it in place. Something went into the air box, I plugged that with a bolt...

Hmm, I've only worked on my own, so without pictures I guess I'm lost. But basicaly, just plug off what the thing was plugged into. What mine had consisted of a cannister, and some kind of thing that for all I know just looked spiffy and didn't do anything, and 3 tubes. Wherever the tubes connected, I plugged it off. I had a seperate valve off my intake for the emmission system. The one not plugged off goes to the pump though.

1) intake to fuel pump (vacuum petcock?): nothing you can do here, other than put a manual petcock there, and plug the port @ intake manifold. 2) Breather (valve cover): *think* high and long. Put a long hose on there running it high as you can along the frame to the rear. There are two schools of *thought* on putting a breather (air filtering device) on the end of this tube, some do, some figure as it is oil vapor inside this tube the vapor will condense on the inside or the tube effecting an old time oil bath type kind of air filtering. Your choice, but if left open it should be removed and cleaned out (washed with varsol) periodically. 3) Tank vent: High and long again, or as high and long as practical. Some dirt bikes have a hose from the center of the gas cap to a check valve which would be handy, but not critical..... just don't over fill your gas tank. 4) EGR/twice air system: not really an EGR valve, but used to introduce air into the exhaust for the catalytic converter to work. I have seen block-off plates for sale, you can make one out of flat iron easy enough, or remove the plate/tube, cut the tube off flush with the plate, and fill the hole with a 10mm pan head bolt/nut (head inwards...there is room for a pan head, and peen the threads after putting the nut on tight).
