Is something wrong with the clutch or is your belt slipping? The clutch and contra spring are the last places I tend to start upgrading. As long as the belt isn't slipping, it's easier to swap out roller weights instead of changing the contra spring. The clutch really isn't gonna give you any performance increase unless the current one has a problem. Even then, I'd probably try removing the clutch bell and cleaning it and the clutch shoes first.
There should only be one belt, the drive belt for the CVT. A Bando belt or a Bando kevlar belt would be good choices for an upgrade IMO. Some scoots come with a standard Bando stock, hard to know without checking.
If the spark plug is lighter than a caramel color, you may wish to try a larger main jet.

I need the carburetor the (petcock or vacuum) and a fuel filter pretty simple. I just wanna make sure I buy the right ones. Can anybody help and stare me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.!!!🙏
