Never tried yet but I have a old 1E40FM motor and the head CC'ed like 6.6cc. Then I have a motoforce head that I milled to 4.2 cc. One day Ill try it.

I just got a squish style head for a 39-40mm bore and i am going to try it on the Zip. Not sure how many cc,s the chamber is but it has a nice squish band and should actually provide some real squish with the stock cylinder.

Did your Zip have the Hump style head on it? My Zuma did and I switched it to the flat type squish and I could tell a differents. But I think both heads cc'ed the same.

I cant remember if it has the 'hump' band around it or not. I will know tomm. because i am going to try this style head. Here is an OEM style one without the hump.

My Vento Zip had that same head (top pic, 3ribs horz.). Then I put it on the Zuma. The bottom one looks like a Motoforce/Eton head.

K, tomm. Finally came and we switched the heads around. The Zip did have the style with the "hump" in it. This is a great mod IMO. Easy and fairly cheap! More compression+ tighter squish= more power! Just makes sense

They're very hard to come by for the big motors other than 54mm. There was a guy on eBay selling 52mm IIRC, dunno if I've ever seen 50mm.
