It varies depending what scoot it's on. My Tritons were 11" eye to eye.

Well I am looking for an idea of where to start for my 90cc ATV swap which is a slightly longer case and has the shock mount towards the rear as mine is in line with the axle shaft.

You could bolt the front in then support the scoot or have a friend hold the scoot so you can get the height where you want it in the rear and measure from the bolt hole of the shock mount on the engine to the bolt hole of the shock mount of the frame.

Our Tractor Supply is real small compared to our Fleet Farm stores. Kinda like comparing Dollar General to Wal-Mart. But Fleet Farms been in the area forever while Tractor Supply under 5 years.
If you search online for that shock you might have better luck converting the inches to mm, and search for both.
