OK,here is the Gasket/Spacer(GS)Fab; Here is the basic tools needed  Rough piece of gasket cut out  Gasket is held against cyl barrel,then lightly tapped with SMALL hammer  Here is the imprint  That is then cut out with scissors,and heck it fits!  Grab a few 8mm bolts and carefully tap them thru the stud holes  Got the studs located,so I bump around the transfers with the ballend of the SMALL hammer  Use a flat punch to cut the corners  Then I bump around the outside of the gasket lightly to get the outside(I actually make it a bit bigger)   Now I transfer my new gasket to my spacer aluminum plate  Draw a C/L(center line) between the studs  The circle cutter is setup for the proper diameter,then is placed on center  Here is the results  Then the stud holes are pilot drilled  I use the same 1/8" pilot drill to go around the transfer openings in a very close pattern  A sharp wood chisel is used to cut away the excess metal  Stud holes are drilled to 8mm(5/16") and the transfer channels are hand filed in a vice to match them up  My 2 favorite tools  Compound tin snips are used to rough cut the outside  Here is the final fit,it aint perfect,but this whole mess took around an hour to do!
