Can't find spark plug access cover jonway yy50qt-28

I'm having a hard time finding a part for my jonway yy50qt-28.  also sold as roketa and bronc cayman as well as several other names.  I have only managed to find it in europe and it won't ship here.  

Where can I get this part?  Every place I call only sells the universal "hardware" parts and I can't find a direct jonway distributor.
