We are trying to help straighten out an idling problem with a Revolution Boom BD50QT-9A. This scooter was fitted with 2 outrigger tires on the back to provide transportation for a young man who has mobility issues. This scooter is basically brand new. It will start right up, and idkecas long as you want. The problem is that after you drive it at full throttle it seems to lose power and will die out once you come off the throttle and start to decelerate.

Hey, totoise, an unmodified that has a problem. No BBK here, so how can that happen? Chuckle. Just pokin' fun.
I would suggest checking the hot idle mixture and rpm setting. When first started, the engine is running with the enrichment circuit enabled. Once warmed up, the engine is not using the enrichment, and depends on idle screw for fuel:air ratio, and throttle hard stop for idle speed. The settings should be adjusted when the engine is at operating temperature rather than when cold. If thee is a fuel supply problem, it would likely not run at higher speed and stop as soon as the throttle control is released. When released, the carburetor closes the throttle plate to idle setting. That is what needs adjustment, likely. tom
