bought a kit from them . next day looked at invoice and saw a shipping charge on a 135$ invoice. tried calling everyday multiple times. ive left messages and sent emails from my store account and normal email. sucks cause I like the kit and they have some good hard to find products but not if theyre like this. id hate to have a tech question for them... anyone have good or bad dealings with them?

ALWAYS use a credit card to protect yourself from fly-by-night operators. When in doubt, use a card, and if needed, a 'temporary' card number. If you did use a card, and were to get 'free shipping', dispute that portion of the charge with our CC outfit. You should contact the vendor first to request a credit(not a 'credit slip', but actual credit to your card) and note when, where, their response, etc., which you will need for the CC people. Give them a business week to respond. tom

I used a cad thank god. after 10 emails I was finally responded to. they fixed it. however I've asked them other questions since and also gotten no response. then I emailed treatland about my kit because they have other italkits. they responded within the hour and have been more than helpful to me. ill never buy from 77mopeds again. treatland is where I've been going and will use again. I wish they would have had my cylinder when I was looking. would have gotten it there first.
