guys i have problem with my benelli quattronove 70cc it keeps popping from the exhaust under load and looses power sometimes the problem dissapears after some time apears again i changed new cylinder piston reeds cylinder head cleaned the exhaust new spark plug but i havent solved the problem i think its a electrical problem but im not sure anymore..

Usually popping indicates a lean condition, maybe a larger main jet will help. What does your plug look like?

Could be electrical as in it is possible its getting an erradic spark.
That said, its more likely to be something like an exhaust leak, or something equally as simple.

Sounds like the carb is having problems like the float is sticking.

Hi elitemkd...combine the above responses and you should find the problem. The most often "fu--ed with" component is the carb. The most often ignored, but should be checked is the ignition system. Even a tiny plug wire crack in the wrong place can cause your symptom.
