I'm pretty sure it's from a Minarelli clone.... Can anyone tell from the markings? I just figured out tonight that it fits the crank taper quite nicely on my Avanti/Garelli engine though, would be useful for the purpose of getting a modern ignition and a lighting circuit on there.

Looks minarelli to me. Looks just like my Yamaha flywheel except no tuning fork logo or "3aa" stamp

Are there two different Minarelli flywheel tapers? I was pretty sure that's what it is but it doesn't fit the Minarelli crank I have loose.

Yup small n large tapers. Zuma is small taper, jog/clone is usually large.

Yup small n large tapers. Zuma is small taper, jog/clone is usually large. That makes sense.... I bet it came off the Zuma engine then. I swapped it's ignition with the Eton to keep from having to rewire things when I put it in the Eton frame.
