im getting mad! i ordered a pump then blinkers and then those jdm lesses and the lesses came first all coming from over seas! its been close to a mounth now!

Did some work tonight on the rad mounting :thumb: top left bottom right Can anyone guess where the rad came from? :drool: only two more mounts :rockon:

That's a nice looking job and good work.... and I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but I think you'll have to redo it. You won't have the fan shroud there anymore with the liquid cooled setup. The water pump has a different housing that will be there. Check out some of the pics in jmk's LC conversion... 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=builds&action=display&thread=1628&page=1I like the idea of keeping the rad right with the engine, but I'm not sure about the ability to pass fresh air through the it properly.

Ah. ;D Well then, now you need to figure out a different fan for the flywheel that moves air through the radiator.

on the ruckus's the fan pulls the air throw it too so im going to leave it.

The fan pulls a bunch of power from the engine!Dont use it!!

I don't think that it pulls that much, ill do a test when its running, to see if the little fan spins up faster then the big one thats on it. witch i know the little one will but if it becomes a problem i can change the set up.

Ohh, it does! I was using a fan smaller than that on my 103. Took the 49cc fan off and dropped a half second off my ET at the track.

It's around 1hp the fan takes, significant losses.
