I hope I'm posting this in the right place, if not plz forgive the noob.
Ok here goes I got a (100cc kit) the cylinder head sleeve is to large a diameter to slide into the case. The hole in the case is not true round and is causing the problem. I only need .0225 over all dia. for it to fit easily. So my question is can I take that off the cylinder head sleeve or must I machine the case. The wall on the sleeve is .101 thick. Need ya'lls help thx in advance. :swear:

:welcome2:
You could probably remove that from the cylinder sleeve without a problem. You could also stuff the case with rags and set it so the cylinder would be facing the ground and grind a little off. Flush it afterwards. You should be changing the oil anyway with a BBK install.

I would go with 90gtvert second option. The sleeve is thin enough without making it thinner.

Yea the more I think about it I'll take it of the case, just got back from picking up a rotary file. Thing was a buddy at work could of done the head in 5 mins. But better to do it right rather than quick. Thanx everyone for your input.
