Does anybody have experience with dmc racing slider weights for the variator? Are they good quality compared to dr pulley weights? They are a lot cheaper so it would make tuning the cvt a lot less costly.

I've never used DMC weights, but I have used 1 set of cheap generic sliders int he past that happened to also be orange in color. They held up OK. I have used DrPulley rollers before just to see if they lasted longer because of the material than standard rollers and they didn't do any better. I think the slider design has a lot to do with it. I personally own all DrPulley aside from that one set, but I don't know that it's necessary. I have used cheap rollers before that flat spotted very quickly, so I have stuck with DrP just to be sure I'm not getting sliders that could have similar cheap junk materials.
