Do you have access to a motorcycle dyno? Maybe book an hour or so and do some testing there?

Do you have access to a motorcycle dyno? Maybe book an hour or so and do some testing there? I have no idea, likely expensive if there is. I made some CVT changes today, no gains found so far. I think any gains may come from a different pipe or timing.

Yep, that cylinder needs a hefty pipe!

I think I will set TPR 86cc motor to the side for now while the path to a proper pipe is found.
Now that I have milled the head on the Vastro, it's pretty much ready for final assembly. I had to rob the HPI iggy and upgraded rear pulley from the Vastro build in order to complete the TPR86cc build, but I have plenty of stock parts to get the Vastro build running.

Found out today that the Vastro has a 2 piece head. LOL! It came apart as I was removing the head from the cylinder. I thought the thing was all one piece! Funny thing is, now a loose fit is all I have between them. So loose that I ordered some heat sink grease to go between them. There is no way heat from the head would transfer to the water jacket as is, at least not very well. I sealed the water jacket top cover to the water jacket base today. I used some anaerobic sealant I had laying around. So we will see how it works. I also worked finalizing how the plumbing will be routed, not many choices on how it fits.
