They are longer and support 14 inch wheels. Piaggio cases come in three lenghts: short (zip, sfera) middle (typhoon, nrg, runner) and long (dna). |

Seems like the DNA are kinda rare.
Next option is to downgrade to 12" wheels like the typhoon 125.
I also have 12" wheels here so this makes a bit of sense to do (re: Cheap)

It's great when manufacturers make their stuff on a modular design. Even the bigger engines bolt right in.
Are you running the standard forks? They are prone the seizing, and don't have any oil in them, just grease.
Always liked the Typhoon, it's a great looking scoot. Nearly brought a special edition version once. Went to put a deposit down and it had sold

Ive had good results using the proper thickness shimstock (brass or steel) for one off bearing installs..Did some up for a German WW2 aircraft years ago and still going well..Didnt have the correct machinery to cut a bigger OD as you did though..

Took your advice. Those were just some default thingers in Vegas. Ordered a typhoon 125 wheel to satisfy a curiosity. It fits perfectly. If you want to 2t swap your piaggio/aprilia 4t 50cc just buy one of those. Brake rotor fits too  |

They are just sitting around, I have no use for them if you made me an offer of what they are worth to you I would happily send them your way.
I also have a 4t motor sitting here not doing much of anything, it has something wrong internally I haven't verified.
