Your pics leave me lost. Is that the valve cover? Removed from the engine?
If so, clean it, clean the gasket surface on the cylinder head. Inspect the O-ring seal that should be in the groove on the bottom of the cover. The O-ring should stand just a bit proud of the valve cover surface. If not, you have several options. Replace the seal with new. Take the O-ring seal out and manipulate it to get it 'fluffed up' a bit and replace. Add a 'smear' of RTV silicone to the surface & O-ring and replace onto a DRY cylinder head. Tighten the 4 bolts gently. The RTV will set up over time, and hopefully stop the seepage. There should be no pressure on the oil that splatters around inside the cam cover, but it will leak if the O-ring is hard and/or flattened. The RTV may provide enough sealing to keep the oil inside. tom
