Yeah after that Chinese scooter i built a bicycle with gasoline motor, bought broken vino for 250 then rebuilt and sold with some profit.
Now i got a car and garage and bunch of tools and now i hate myself for going back to dirty work, i just cannot stop this mechanical addiction.
Any advice how i can stop this buying cheap junk and fixing? Why am i so cheap. Why cannot i have good paying job i am computer programmer by the way, but instead i fix junk and i hate this because it takes so much time from other things, but i cannot seem to stop.

Look into the Research Triangle Park near Raleigh NC. Lot of tech and software companies.

Sounds a lot like some form of OCD. There is help for that and it seems that trying to take care of it alone generally is not meeting with very good success. The form of it you seem to have is not completely debilitating as you seem to be able to function mostly normally otherwise. (it is a monkey on your back that you are aware of and are tired of carrying around and you want it off of your back.) It has been said somewhere I think that acknowledging a problem and desiring a solution to it is a huge step toward a better chance of actually being successful at achieving a reasonable solution.
It's just my opinion, but trying to substitute one behavior for another that is similar in effect is an example of not being so successful at getting to where you want to be with it. (it is still a monkey on your back... only just a different one) Don't be discouraged by that... in fact it shows that you are trying to do something about it, which is another step in the right direction... you just need help in doing what it takes in the right way.
I was a nurse aide in psychiatric hospitals for 33 years and saw all sorts of things. Among them were behaviors of obsession and compulsion. But most of that was associated with psychosis... That isn't you and you obviously are not a serious danger to yourself or others that would require being hospitalized... it seems more like a neurosis that is not completely debilitating... It can be managed. You should be able to get help by asking the right people for help. (medical professionals) And don't kick yourself about it... that doesn't help yourself one bit... in fact, you are in a much better place than many since you recognize the problem and actively want to change for the better. I hope the best for you.
In the mean time, try stepping away from it for a while when you feel like it is taking over... actively taking control yourself I think may be good practice for keeping control with less effort.
JMO, for what its worth.
