It will buff out just fine Looks like any 20 year old car from the KC area. A little power wash and POR-15 will take care of it.

Today the owner has decided to repair it now. Stripping it sending body away to have it poked in acid or something like that to get rid of rust and filler. Buy next cross member and panels then send away again to be dipped to prime all the metalwork and in the new welds etc. Primer etching is it called? Guess who might get the job stripping it down. He has also 2 Austin Healy's one or 2 BMW m3's in various need of work and another Alfa, last three are track cars for saloon racing.
