Need some ideas to find my problem,. One thing my exhaust pipe has a small hole in it but it seems not to be clogged. My spark plug is getting wet dark oil on it, seems to be running rich, I took my auto enricher off and hooked it to the battery it seemed to work fine but my headlights go Dim when I give it gas so it may be because of the auto enricher because also my carburetor is fairly new and I cleaned it well but my air gas idle mixture screw I have turned all the way to the right in the off position. and it still runs and one day I taped half of my air Inlet holes off of the air box and it wouldn't start so I took the tape off. And it started like it was starving for air. I changed the main carburetor jet to a slightly bigger one and even raised the needle level one notch up. Seemed to run worse. So I move the needle back now. I took my air box apart and there was wet gasses oil on the front part of the filter... Ok that's where I'm at .....does someone have some suggestions???

Sounds like all sorts of issues. If you're sure it's oil on the spark plug, my first step would be a compression test and also keeping an eye on the oil level. Could be an oil control issue or, since there are other symptoms listed like gas in the airbox, or maybe there is so much excess fuel that it's "watering down" your oil with gas. If oil smells of gasoline and the oil level actually rises, that's prob at least part of your issue.
You haven't done anything to plug or eliminate the crankcase vent have you?
Check the float height of the carb to make sure it's not too high and letting gas run into the airbox and richen the mixture.
You said the headlights dim when you give it gas. That's the opposite of what usually happens if you have an AC headlight setup like most Chinese scoots. Is the engine bogging too, or the engine revs and the headlight dims?

I did have the crankcase vent closed off for a short time. And the oil I changed because it smelled like gas in it at that time. That's been a few weeks all seems okay now but this is my spark plug pictures I just took out, I know I changed the main jet in the carburetor to a bigger one thinking to give it more power but then it died when I plugged off some air from airbox. So then I I thought it must be too rich? Anyway checked the plug that I just had changed and it was black and a little damp and on the carburetor the air mixture screw I had to turn it all the way in closed off and it's still seemed like it was getting too much gas. Another thing riding at full speed and going up a little incline you hear the motor with a up down Rhythm to it and sounds weird and it doesn't have the power that it use to have I've cleaned the carb at least three times check the floats change the gas filter. lines. adjusted the lifters. I changed the voltage rectifier I change the coil wire. the CDI box. But when first trouble happened in the first place is when I changed the stator. it didn't have a ground wire and I asked. And they said that they discontinued making them with ground wire. But the lights would barely come on and when I hit the gas it became dimmer. So i just hooked it straight to the battery with switch. Now today still thinking it's running rich I checked the air box and it was a little wet with gas.

You are chasing and changing too many things at once. Your carb is definitely screwed if you have the idle screw all the way off.
Go through the troubleshooting charts in the service manual.
Do NOT put a spark plug in a vise like that. The insulator looks white on my screen instead of tan.

Well I might have found the problem there the plug is little loose on threads so I put some plumbers White tape around threads and they tightened up better maybe that's why It looked lean burning?

The plug seals with the washer on the head, do NOT use Teflon tape on the threads. The plug operating temperature is controlled by heat conduction through the threads and seat.
White would be lean, or it could be just too hot.
