I have been searching forms and the internet for some information about what clutch springs will actually do but I can't seem to find a definite answer. What will the springs in pic one do for my performance if I increase their rpm's? What will the spring in pic two do for my performance if I increase it's rpm's? Will they help with hills, better acceleration, higher top end speed etc.?

The little springs set your clutch engagement point. The big one shifts the operating zone of your variable pulley system.
The big spring will affect all of the variables you list.
The little (pill) springs affect initial acceleration only.
