An update 190mech Thing's slowly coming together, bit of painting. Now awaits for the encapsulated nuts to have a threading tool put through as the bolts were tight so I have been informed

What are 'encapsulated nuts'? Nuts that are fitted inside an enclosed chassis. Usually held in place in a small cage or just lightly spot welded in place so on initial assembly easy to do up and undo but decades down the line they become harder due to corrosion to undo or do up and if to tight the cage or spot weld give's up and you have a bolt spinning helplessly with no access to the nut unless the chassis is cut open. I presume you have another name for it in the states most likely quite common over here as well 😊 .

Captive nuts or weldnuts.
Encapsulated usually means completely covering or enclosing some object in resin/plastic/metal etc. Many military circuits or devices are encapsulated. It comes from capsules usually made of gelatin or similar substances used in medicine to contain powders.
Chase the threads == run a tap through to clean up damaged, dirty, or corroded threads. They make special taps for this purpose also.
