Aloha!
I'm looking to put together a liquid cooled horizontal minarelli and I think I found a bore that'll fit my generic yamaha clone. Can anyone confirm this Malossi kit will work? It seems to cover a lot of models that I'm pretty sure are compatible.

As a reference cylinders that fit the 02-11 Zuma will fit the clones you just need to watch the pin size. Exhausts also sometimes you just need to tweak the counting brackets.

Thanks for the info ryan.
According to the description, it says it's comparable to a Polini Corsa, which is about where I want to be. I just want a dual ring aluminum bore for a bit more durability as I'll probably be cruising around the island with it.
The clone block I am aiming to put this on has a 10 pin. I have another clone block with a newish 12pin crank I wanted to swap in, but not sure it will cause issues with the stator side. The stators themselves seem to fit either, but not sure on the flywheel clearance. I'd hate to swap it out only to find the flywheel gets hung up on something!

If your just looking to be LC and rack up miles that should work for you.
As for the stator they should swap between cases with no issues. The difference is the flywheel taper some are small taper and others are large. Usually 10 pin is small and 12 pin is large but there are exceptions. Easiest to pull the flywheel and see. Brent should have some info on them in the tech section. I’ll add a pic later of the two

Anyone know the size of the hose/fittings for a WC bore?

Usually they are 5/8” but I’ve seen somtimes the cylinder is 5/8” and the cylinder head is 3/4” but that was on high rpm aluminum bores.

Hi,I will ask here seem s you guys are dialed in,I have an ac jog engine bog standard at 49cc what are the benefits of the water cooled version which are readily available and cheap in England may be £100ish.

If you have money to burn it’s the perfect choice... Really there are performance benefits keeping the cylinder and intake cooler. Hotter climates could benefit also. Usually it’s just performance oriented, there are more and better cylinder choices for LC over air cooled.
