well i got everything working great on my scoot, except for the fact that the spark plug fouls out everytime, everymorning or when the scoot cools down completly i have to take the plug out, clean it and put it back in , in order for the scoot to start, but along with doing that i have to cover the air inlet to manualy choke it to start. any thoughts?

i know i had spark issues, i had to replace the elbow the plug goes into, i heard that bad rings can cause this too. i guess when i get the cash i will have to get a coil or just deal with this issue like i have been, my next question is i want to relocate my rear blinkers and get rid of that stupid rear mudflap thing, whats easiest way to do this?

Oil fouled, or gas fouled?
I know on Zumas there is a check ball in the oil line that can stop working (usually just needs cleaned) and load your crankcase with oil when the bike sits. When trying to start an oil fouled (in this way Zuma), you over choke it, and then it will start.

My recommendations on the mudflap, of your ever on a wet road or get stuck in the rain it sucks cause it shoots mud all over the back of you, other than that I just unbolted mine, remowed the turn signals, and then put them higher up on the side panels, it was an easy process.

bad reeds can also cause it but if you were running around with a bad boot you may have damaged the coil i have specs to test a zuma coil but i dont know if they are the same as the clone coils

OOPS forgot to add, that when starting it and having to choke it, i CAN NOT electric start, it will not start, i have to kick start while choking. once i run it for 10 min or so the electric start works.

The only way I wanna see a plug look like 24 for my 2T is if I just ran a short distance and I'll be cutting it apart ot do a plug chop and look at the mixture ring. If it looks like 24 or near it after running for any length of time, I'm surprised it hasn't soft seized. They say if you get the right heat range your plug will stay clean, but I haven't had any of my 2Ts show a clean plug yet. Maybe all of my plugs are just too cold? I'd consider moving up a size on the main jet. If that works out better, then adjust the idle speed and mixutre. That might help your starting issue.
