I have emailed, called, tried live chat and can't get a human. Answering machine hangs up on you, auto reply on Facebook, now messenger is disabled. Their warranty request won't acccept submittals. Got the bike on the 19th, damaged and no paperwork. It was shipped by CRT Motor inc 167 Mason way suite A4 LA PUENTE CA 91746, Dong Fang, the maker of the scooter, is listed at same address. They pissed off alot of other people, too. Their Facebook page is getting pounded by consumers who are in the same boat or worse.

it actually comes up as city of industry. off valley blvd and Puente/ workman mill road. about 15 miles from my house. only problem is that 8 of those miles are up and down a huge ass hill called Colima rd. I could probably make it up it, down the other side would probably fry my brakes. its a mother of a hill. if you need someone to go physically knock on a door. let me know and I can try to get over there in a car and see whats up. what their doing to yall is BS! hopefully karma gets them!!

harleyracer59 Thanks for your concern, how much per kneecap?, lol. We don't have hills like that here in Florida to worry about! I got the bank working on it they have skin in the game, too. Did the whole BBB thing, Gonna do the online FTC form when the government opens. They are not gonna like me. Nice day, wish I could ride.

What type of damage does it have? Damaged during shipping will be the freight companies responsibility, period.
Concealed damage will be the responsibility of the seller.
Problems like this are such a PITA, I hope it works out for you.

oldgeek A glued-together rear turn signal, definitely concealed damage. I got the other one working.I got the ready to ride, was not close. I paid for additional parts warranty, which my bike supposedly has factory warranty for same time period covering same items. There are a bunch of hidden terms and conditions on their website I never agreed to. They ignore BBB complaints, so next step is FTC.

I finally got the office girl on the phone today, 3 weeks later. Said paperwork should have come with the bike, took the VIN and said she'd send it out again. I am so done with this whole thing, if this happens I will let it go. Never mind the warranty, I am the warranty.

Still nothing except an email saying they sent the bill of sale and title, and acknowledging the open dispute with the finance company.

Got the mco and the bill of sale. I told red fox if they send me the tail light I'll drop the BBB and Facebook scam group, they asked me which tail light. I think this is just a drop ship setup someone is trying to do and got in over their heads. Or it is a buffer for CRT. All the paperwork was from CRT motor inc. which is housed in the same unit (A4) as dong fang motors in city of industry.
