Our "friends" liked us so much the rules were quickly changed to only allow scooter cylinders and no case welding allowed,so we couldnt play in their sandbox anymore..Then they made next events poster with Robert and Snoopy!!Love the peace pipe emblem on there for the world to see...

Dare I say? FUCK YES! I would keep the super cheap "pressed steel" fork and swing arms for the effect. (OK maybe make copies in 1.5 inch). Widen the swing arm to allow for a 10" tire...but most important, do not forget the Drag shute! Pink and super big. Again, for the effect!

I’m reviving this one. Last few years have been a shit show and I’ve only got a year left before I’m 50 and since I don’t want to get a mistress half my age and buy a sportscar I want to go racing.
After my accident street riding has my wife very on edge, I’m trying to convince her that the controlled environment at the track greatly reduces the number of deadly variables.
I have a Polini Corsa build underway for my Velocifero but also have a stack of parts collected for a LC Horizontal Minarelli build for which I have no bike currently..
My scheme is to drive up the road to Screven and go drag racing. Seems fun, doubtful that there will be much completion in my class.
The Velocifero is heavy and I’d feel bad if I smashed the steel up more. I’ve been tempted to be a complete asshole and stick the Velocifero engine in my Gilera GSA 50 just to watch the purists go into shock.
Other idea I’ve had is pure race frame around the Mina plant. I gotta guy I trust to help me out with the structural stuff there. I’d need to study some and decide on geometry issues.
Then the third scheme is to get back on my digger project, the one that started this thread four years ago, and mount the LC Mina mill underneath my pink burnt Puch Maxi with some sort of jackshaft arrangement to get power to the wheel.
I just know I’m not going to keep my bargain to keep it sane on the streets if I can get some hard blasting time once in a while.

I'am baack! Just built a 120cc LC vertical Kymco, was going to keep it street sane but now I dont know. Got a Dragy and kinda bit by the bug now. There's something fundamentally wrong about making the Velocifero a drag scoot, but also something very appealing about it. I say go any direction you want, just go fast!
