Yesterday was snow and freezing rain. Power went out at work because someone took out a utility pole. Today I had a layer of nearly unbreakable ice covering my entire truck. Ride into work was nasty, heavy pellet snow, roads were awful (and FUN! when no one else is out!) Safe at work now.  |

Cripes, were getting up to a foot of snow thru tomorrow. At least the temp is above zero. Man Im ready for spring.

Woke up to 9F, sunny (balmy) 35F now. It's amazing how warm that feels - no jacket necessary! Soak up the vitamin D

Wind, wind and more wind. Meant to be freezing and snow later. Staying indoors cleaning out the man pit.

65 and no rain here in east tn my wife and I had to ride the Zodiacs and we did 60 miles and back home after a quick meal out thankful for the extra hour LOL

Not to bad here, it's 40f sunny and awaiting the kids to finish assembly in school and off to teach them cycle training.

Well winds dropped and storm gareth is now called storm hannah but the rain is still with us and it's 46f and dark.

Temps should be in 30s and 40s this week. I still need 50f to ride. Way too much ice on the ground anyway.Its dangerous only walking outside.

Sunny and 30F ATM. Woke up to 60F just 2 days ago. 20s tomorrow morning I think.

This morning rain as usual but took the school kid's out cycle training. Some started playing up and were told the longer they took wetter they would get. 15mins later I shouted and after the lesson one of the girl pupils came up and thanked me and said the boys behaved after I shouted. Boys told teacher when we got back and teacher said good that's what you need. Just because us teachers can't shout the instructor can because you can endanger others or yourself by not listening on the road.
