:help: My headlight has to be one of the worst ones out for some reason. I can't see nothing with it at all. I'm not kidding I could see more with my little 2 double AA led mag light than my headlight. So I'm up for trying a set of 25 watt driving or foglight just not led or hid. Anyone seen them anywhere?

Would it be possiable to run just one 55w driving light and not kill the battery? I would use it often but there might be times that I would use it for like 45 mins or more.

Pep Boys around here carries a bunch of styles of driving/fog lamps. Wal-Mart even has a better selection than the AutoZone, Advanced, etc... I got my Pilot 55W 4" round driving lights for T2 at Pep Boys. If you could fit one of those, I think you'd be very pleased. I use 2, one as high and one as low, wired right into the stock wiring. No trouble. I'm just using the Pilots though. Maybe you could make the new lights work with the hi or lo switch setting and the stock light only work for the other? There's a huge selection on eBay as well, although sometimes it's just nice to check 'em out in person.

They don't kill your battery running just one at a time?

Nope. Been using them for a long time/many miles without issue.

I found a nice small set not sure If I will use both or not as my scoot has a very small battery as in 4 amp hour also in size. So I will probaly just go with one. I will take pics of the install and post when I'm done. I think I'm going to do partly as 90 said and run it off my stock wiring. Then I dont' have to worry about my battery dieing on me.

Well I tryed putting them on as headlights and using the power from the stock headlight. It was a little brighter but not much I had them mounted under the nose and even with the smallest ones that I could find they hint my fender so I removed them for now I did try hooking them to the battery one at a time they were a bit brighter but then even running only one I would worry aobut it running my battery down. I'm wandering if I have something else going on. I did use the multimeter on the headlight circut and at a little above idle I got 13.5 volts ac. So any ideas?
