its going to be hard to bring it in
there are laws about importing even if you just get one
one of the easiest os to join the military and get stationed where you can buy one and buy it very early in your tour and let the military bring it back for you(scoots and motorcycles are easier then cages this way)
now trying to do it as a civi is going to be hard
you might be able to get it in easy but ttl is going to be the hard part if you get it shipped without many hassels
and you cant realy compare it to the vietbodge resto vespas as new is a lot diffrent then vintage for laws
