Disrespectful company. Ordered a product through eBay, not through ScooterWorks. Product was incorrect and the seller was rude through the entire process, lied to me several times about where my product was, and even tried to fight my return. I turn to ScooterWorks to order this product and they REFUSE to sell it to me because of the drama between me and the eBay seller. They claim that the person on eBay is a more valuable customer than I am and therefore I need to find somewhere else to shop. Is this the 50’s? Called me nasty and horrible even when they have nothing to do with issue, nor even asked me for my side of what is going on. Beware if you choose to deal with these people as they thrive off of drama and love to be immature petty people.
