Had a horrible experience with these folks. Probably in the top three worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Bought a belt from them that was advertised as Bando brand and when I received an off-brand belt in the mail I called to return it or have it replaced. They essentially told me they don't care and that I can ship it and pay $9 for return shipping if I would like to, which nearly completely defeats the purpose. Spoke with three different Reps and one of them even shouted at me when I calmly asked her to at least acknowledge that what they were selling it not what they advertise on the site.
I'll never deal with them again and hopefully you folks can avoid the hassle too.

They had an engine advertised as kick start, sent me an e start.. took awhile to convince them it was the wrong one but they made it right paid the shipping to and fro and refunded completely. Liz was helpful.

Glad you had a good experience with them. Mine still ranks in easily the top two or three worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. Not worth the risk for myself.
