Are there any issues with over-filling with oil when doing an oil change. I followed the owner's manual and put 900ml of oil as stated as supposed of the 750/800ml that was suggested on some videos. After I checked the dipstick, it was higher than what's supposed to be. Should I drain it again and star over? TIA

Use a syringe and some tubing to withdraw the excess.

Use a syringe and some tubing to withdraw the excess. That's a great idea but can I ride the scooter till I can get those parts?

Iffy situation, power will be down, oil will foam, more oil will escape the crankcase breather. -Make it a short slow trip. Other people may have better info. I have never overfilled one of these tiny engines, only lawn mowers and cars.
Parts stores may have the parts, Walmart etc may have them. Even grocery stores may have a syringe for basting turkeys etc. All you need is about a 50-250cc syringe and some tubing to fit the nozzle. The syringe etc can be cleaned with soapy water and reused for oil, anti-freeze, etc. Pull the plunger out of the body for cleaning. Brake fluid may cause the tubing and plunger seal to swell so wash it very quickly if you use it for brake fluid. Oil will swell brake parts so don't mix the fluids.

Go to a pharmacy (like CVS or walgreens) ask the people back there working the pharmacy for a children’s medicine syringe. Like something you’d use to give a little kid cough syrup. Every time I’ve asked for one they just give me a couple. Then find a little piece of tubing... most auto shops sell tubing by the foot for things like fuel lines, vacuum lines, etc. Buy a foot. Rig it together, use tape if you have too. If you are lucky you can find a pharmacy and an auto shop right together!

Turkey baster if you don't want to take a trip. It seems the specified volume changes with who made the machine. You might find that the level will correct itself quickly, with a splurt of oil mist out the cam cover tube. Likely you'll have some loss of power and some foaming occurring, but maybe not. Where does it read on the dipstick? If just slightly high, don't worry about it. I think if it (oil) was coming out the dipstick port when you remove the dipstick, that would be too high for operation, and I'd let it leak out until it quit. Maybe even tip things to allow more to leak. tom

Use one of these to pump out the oil.
