Hey folks,
Going to order a new clutch bell for my scoot... wondering if the inside diameter of my current clutch bell and new clutch bell must match and if not, what difference it will make. My current clutch bell has an ID or 105mm and the bell I’m eyeballing has an ID of 107mm.
Will this work or do I need to find a 105mm bell? If it will work, how will it compare to the original because of the size difference? Will I notice it in any significant way?

It will not work. Not enough of the friction material will contact the clutch bell for it to work properly. Also would kill clutch springs quickly.

Thanks for the quick reply! Well...the search continues then. Anyone know of a decent 105mm "sport" clutch bell for Minarelli 40QMB motors?
