What's the question?
For front wheels, as long as you stay with a similar width and a wheel/tire combo with a diameter that is suitable for your scooter, then you can prob make it work. Say you've got 10" wheels now and want 12". Sometimes you can end up with the same diameter of tire by using a lower profile tire. You may be able to go wider or taller, but you have to take a good look at what your current setup has for clearance. Most are 10-12mm axle and there are options for making them work like switching wheel bearings or drilling out forks. Make sure you can get a brake disc that works with what you have. For example, I have a 220mm disc on one scoot and was looking at wheels and what I liked used a disc bolt pattern that didn't match up to easy to find 220mm discs. I wanted to keep my bigger disc so that wheel was a no go for me. You can work with adapters and such to make things work, but it's always easier if you can find bolt-on options.
The rear wheel is where it gets a little tougher. If you want to bolt on a rear wheel, you have to make sure that it has the same spline count and diameter and brake drum size (unless you have disc and then it's similar to what I said about the front).
