oh... cuz right now i have a 49cc, 2t, with the airbox snorkel removed, a tuned pipe, and the jet is at 88+- right now. it has an awsome boost when i first take off but the first time i let off when i go to gas again it bogs a bit, or like it lost responsiveness. is it possible i could need a bigger jet still? im at sea level elevation and its like a 100 degrees outside

Try going up to a #90 main jet and a #22.5 pilot. Try setting your needle jet closer to rich as well (the notch closest to the needle is richest).
One of the (bad? fun?) things about a carburettor is that EVERYTHING that can affect the air going into it will affect the performance and will require adjustments to compensate. Such is life. There are fuel injection kits for these scoots out there but I doubt you would want to give up all this fun!
