I have a 2017 taotao atm50
Need advice on gas line/ vacuum line set up?
Things done to bike
50mm BBK
Glixal 20mm carb
Cold air filter
Aftermarket exhaust
EGR delte
After the BBK kit my bike was hart to start. Using a kick starter. Seam to be gas related. So i switched from a vacuum petck to just a manual and capped off the vacuum line. Seamed to start with ease now.
Recently experiemented with capping off the the hose that routed to air box. Did this when i put on new cold air filter. Drove maybe a 1/4 mile and the chain tension bolt blew and oil came out of the motor.
So i switched back to a hose instead of cap. And routed that upward for oil and exhasut with small filter on the end.
Problem now is motor is not wanted to start. I think its mayby slightly fluided.
Really just wanting to hear different ways ppl have set up there gas/ vacuum lines and what would be most efficientecent
