Looking for thiskind of magic thing, why magic, as the retailers from my country have never seen it, but seems that Kymco People S, 50cc, 4 stroke would need it to have perfect perfomance. If you know the shop, which has it and also Ships To Estonia, please write here. Vermi If you will read this, can you compare with your scoot ? just for clarification I got my scooter in pieces All the best, Gallo Attachments:

Are you SURE? (there is no accelerator pump, like is commonly found on 50cc GY6 carbs in the 18mm, 19mm, and 23mm sizes) What you have pictured there is what Scrappydog calls a "Run Tong" carburetor in 24mm (commonly found on 150cc GY6 ATV's)
What size in mm is the throat?

The cover, that is not very clear in the Kymco diagram, either has a vacuum fitting on it, or picks up vacuum internally (through a drilled passage in the carb). The diaphragm under this cover controls your cold fast idle... so if there is no fitting on it, and you have fast idle cold, we can assume that the carb is internally drilled for vacuum. If there is a fitting on the cover it needs vacuum, that you will give it through a vacuum "T" hooked to your intake.
I have a few 50cc carbs here that are internally drilled for vacuum under that cover (requiring no hose), and some that require a hose there. All the 125-150cc carbs I have seen require a hose to that cover.

How to connect all those air pipes. But you have same carb for the 50cc also ?

I have a 50cc Benzhou that came with a messed up Japanese Keihin (there is no vacuum fitting on that cover), because the intake manifold was cracked, and I had the stuff, I have installed a 150cc manifold and a 24mm Run Tong carb on it. I no longer have a vacuum petcock (as I have had nothing but trouble with them), and I have done away with the air injection (because I couldn't get at the spark plug with that crap in the way. So, in my case, I have a single vacuum line from the manifold to the side cover on my carb (for the fast idle function). What I would do if I was you is: 1) remove the under seat storage compartments (so I could see what I was working with) 2) look for the things that require vacuum, the petcock (as above), a charcoal canister: possibly a air injection system: So now you know what you have to supply vacuum to. So you do that with pieces of vacuum hose and use "T" fittings to split off if required. It is more than likely where you live does not require this emissions stuff and you may have none of it..... in that case you want to run a simple line from the intake manifold to the fuel petcock.

Thank you, now I will need to see how its works on my scoot ;)
