I just bought a Beamer too, Kczuciman . . . I love mine. I had a few issues but I think they were anomalies. I feel like a little kid back in 1976-Hodaka Super Rat Daze hooning around like a fool at 35 mph ! he he he ... :riding: Please keep updating on your mods. Just something you might want to look into, I think the Beamer has 6g rollers already. Thats what my research has found. Im ordering a Tecnigas and 5g rollers for mine. It actually gets around my town great the way it is, but I need to goof around-butcher it up, just because !

Thanks for the help!!! I spent the hole Saturday working on the Beamer. The change over was a breeze. " After I went to Advance Auto and got snap rings to hold the piston"lol. My stock main jet was an 80 so I installed a 90. The C clip on the throttle needle was already set at the lowest groove. Got her put back together and she fired right up. No issues at all. From the start the idle was perfect. Took her for a spin around the block maxing her out about 3/4 throttle . Wohooo what a difference. On my test hill I would loose speed now I can hold and slightly gain speed. After a few trips I check the spark plug. Perfect color. Road her several times more, checked the plug, still perfect. I couldn't be more pleased by the changes. It made a huge difference in the performance of this little beast. I will post top speed either today or tomorrow.

I am totaly happy with this scoot. I enjoy it more then my BMS evo 150cc. Happy building keep us posted.

I achieved a max speed on level road of 44 mph. Down hill I reached 53. I am 6' 270 lbs. To me that's awesome. Should I be able to get anymore out of this upgrade?

Sounds like a success to me! :thumb:
There's definitely more potential. I don't recall mention of a tuned pipe, so that would probably be the best choice at this point.

Sounds like reasonable RPM for what you're running. The engine can handle more RPM and still be safe, but if that's where it's working well just leave it be.
