From a fellow Michigander, welcome to the forum. FWIW I've seen a Blur 200 with a moped sticker. I wouldn't take that chance. My ETon Beamer will run 38, sometimes 40, with no mods, other than clipping the CDI restriction wire. I considered a big bore kit, plus whatever else would make it run faster. Ended up keeping her stock, and, picking up a 250 Kymco. No regrets. I love 'em both. (Nice to have 2 scoots, since the 49'er seems to have a fried CDI.)
