Whats up guys. Ever since i have had my scoot the right side mirror hole and surrounding area have been broken. Ive tried gluing and tape but it keeps breaking. Wondering what i could do. Maybe cut it? Find a similar body panel to fit? Its a baccio vx50. Ill post a picture below   |

cut you a piece of wire mesh to the desired shape and size and just heat it up and weld it back into shape you have all the pieces get a plastic welder and heat the wire mesh on the back side and then you could use a little Bondo to fill into tiny cracks. he'll be just as strong as the original. I shot some video on how to plastic weld it's not the best video but it gives you the gist of it

You could also use epoxy: cut a thin piece of sheet aluminum to fit behind it & epoxy it on with plenty of little clamps. Then Bondo on the front with sanding/painting after. I would cut the aluminum piece to extend pretty far into unbroken plastic in both directions, and gently form it to the shape of the cowling before gluing.
