I’ll post some better pictures I promise . First off I have a radiator that still needs to be mounted but there is a killer amount already attached to the radiator with a expansion chamber on top guesses N fluids. First question if you noticed there is a grass temperature gage but no wire can I just attach wire and a temp disprlay🤔Second question the nipple at the top that I have blocked off by the red screw protector is that supposed to be a bleeding valve or a valve that extra pressure escapes from them I supposed to have a To be connected to it and pull around back or is that for a another expansion chamber or is this simply a bleeder valve that you just sit as is. Any help will be greatly appreciated PPP

You have a very nice cylinder there. If it is a MHR 77cc big bore congratulations. There's still a couple out there in existence but from what I heard they don't produce them anymore. Anyway, the top nipple with the red cap is just a bleeder valve. Just pop off the red rubber cap and make sure the bleeder screw is hollow. The other is just a plug for a temperature sensor. You'll need to pick up a temperature sensor that has wiring attached to it. I don't think you can somehow attach a wire to that plug and get a proper reading. Whatever temperature gauge you get just make sure the head temp plug matches your gauge plug. Most gauges usually come with a head temp sensor anyway. So you should be good. Your gonna need a helluva exhaust for that cylinder. It's peak power is in the 13,800 rpm region. Here's a little more info on what you have. www.rrd-preparation.com/en/kit-70-80cc-cylinder-piston-liquid-minarelli-horizontal/830-kit-77cc-50mm-malossi-mhr-big-bore-aluminium-axe-12mm-minarelli-horizontal-liquide-nitro-aerox-.html . Don't forget to use plumbers tape when you install any sensors, nipples or valves on a water cooled cylinder?

What 'O Verse said about the exhaust is important with that cylinder. You will likely have a mini-stroke when you find a proper pipe to make the combo work. If you can build your own, you will be better off, I think...but, you may get lucky to find something. Affordable? Hmmm...
