An earlier inquiry on this board led to, what I believed to be, a thumbs up for this company. They have a decent site and some good prices. Their hours are listed as 7am to 9pm everyday. A man answered a listed phone number and I couldn't shake the feeling that he was surprised to get a phone call from the site. I sent an email as we discussed and he hasn't followed up on it since Monday morning. I spoke to him a second time and he was very nice, but nuthin' doin', I couldn't get any service out of him. I've also sent two additional emails with no response. Would anyone here make an order with those facts in play?
I was told that site was some kind of sponsor in the past and I finally got around to try it out. Is there any inside info about that site? I feel like I am bothering the guy at this point. Should I leave it alone?

I don’t personally have any experience with that site, but I would, without a doubt, leave it alone. If you can’t trust the guy to return an email, are you going to trust him to pick, pack, and ship correct parts to you once he has your money? Not saying he’s a bad guy or anything, but that’s not the greatest display of integrity for a business. I’m not associated with them in any way, but I buy a lot from them and they have always treated me right so far, so I like to “bump” them when I can.

I have a CPI (MZ) and a couple Taotaos. One of the Taos is the Cruiser with the 7inch wide rear wheel on the +6 case which makes it a little harder to to get some stuff right, especially the exhaust pipe.

Kenho21, can you explain to me how you have no experience with the site (your 1st post) and you also buy a lot from them (your 2nd post.) Does it have something to do with that tapatalk thingy?
I'm just asking...
because I'd really like to get the straight word on it.
