Just about exposed frame,,it won,t pass our MOT test (statutory safety inspection) so no insurance compulsory here
It,s not the land of the free and our pedestrians bounce off panels better,they have had to alter the rolls Royce hood decoration so they fold in,health n safety gone nuts.
