Ordered an air box to replace mine do to rotten rubber hoses, previous owner sealed with what looks like a two part epoxy. The inlet snorkel is a larger diameter and so is the hose that connects to the carburetor. Guessing I’m going to need to increase the main jet a little. I can get bits and drill factory 70 out a bit and see what happens. Thought a kit would be nice, ordered a handful of sizes from 72.5 to 90 in 2.5 increments from China. Not having much luck finding a source to get them quicker than 2 or 3 weeks. Any suggestions for a US supplier and jet size? Everything else is factory at the moment.

Thank you ordered a set, now I just have to figure out what size jet to start with. Anybody have a good starting point on a main jet going to a 18mm ID snorkel from a 14mm ID and replacing the carb to factory air box hose with a 36mm vs 24mm? When a person removes a snorkel all together how far up in jetting do people go to start with?

It is a major part of the air box function, thus not having it forces unwanted influence on the pressures inside. IMO...trying to find one, or duplicating one would serve you better.
The further you stray away from OEM air box/filter, the more you get into "herding cats", when trying to tune. Yes, can be done. You want to see my arms? Cat scratch fever...
I can site some examples, if needed. If you increased snorkel ID 4mm...with no exhaust or cylinder volume changes...or crankcase, or ??...then you are starting from nowhere and trying to gain something. Four mm is huge! If the length has changed...more hugeness!
We have a 1984 49cc Honda OEM 2T airbox, with a piston mod (68.4cc) and a house made pipe. Three different carbs for testing. Perfect ignition. All three run well, but different. We are still running the OEM air box, but use filters that have varied micron tolerances. (We do our own) That's it. My experience says that most two stroke scooters have well over designed box capacity.
