They are just wrong. They way they lean round corners is scary. But they are quirky, and have a cult following.

They do indeed aeroxbud have a cult following. I had a couple in my younger days and use to hammer them round B/stoke roundabouts and they never fell over, stopped using them late 90's going round the mountain pass and wind hit the car with me and the wife in it, did not do anything drastic but the pressure of the wind pushed the door panels in a bit and we realised if we did have an accident we would be part of the crumple zone Would still like a blast for old times sake though

I just love the story about how it was designed. The design brief was that a farmer could drive over a freshly ploughed field. With a basket full of eggs. Without braking any. Just don't see that kind of thinking in modern car design.

They race them. I've been to a 24h endurance race at Spa Francorchamps where they raced these. Engines swapped with bmw boxer motorcycle motors. They were pretty quick!
