Life can be a bit of a bummer at times. I thought I had problems when knicker elastic snapped on the rat scoot and Violet was off the road but still had a Django. Well 3 weeks ago a friend asked me to visit said I would when had a moment to spare. I went to contact him via FB as lost his number to find a post anouncing his death to cancer. Funeral yesterday of a friend, she died of cancer both in their 40's. My ex had to get my 2 son's to her bedside because doctor's did not think she would survive the night with legionnaires pneumonia ie pneumonia and legionnaires disease. she is now making a good recovery I think. My Wife can hardly walk with her FM at the moment and aint been out the house for nearly 2 weeks. Tonight my eldest daughter is in hospital after hearing a crack this morning and the kids have eventually got her in where they are keeping her tonight as xrays showed something around her hip and put her on morphine.
Still I managaed to get out on scooter to roadtest and the funeral.
A visit to my mums and then a herd of police bikes parked by my scooter and no arrest. They even took pics of mine, then to my sons in Aberystwyth wher he and Freya building a new fence. Glad I taught him to use handtools and not computers, 40 miles of road test done
Then a stop at an old derelict cottage where the grafiti has been on it for years with 2 new additions. Cofiwch is welsh for remember. The symbol on the right is the Wale's Free Army one. Drywern was a village flooded to build a resevoir for water supply to England, Aberfan 0ne is to remember a slagheap which engulfed a school and killed 109 scool children between 7 and 10yrs old plus 28 adults about an hour away from me. Not sure of the Abergele one
Rough translation We will rise again by the welsh free army
Aberaeron for a bacon roll and meet up with Hoppy and Sid two hand reared seagulls by the Harbour Master. Hoppy broken leg and sid damaged wing. Hoppy puts it on for food but flys away quick enough when you get to near and Sid sort of flys in a sideways motion and chases the other one away as he is the longer resident there
The funeral in the afternoon a friend Lisa just getting over a stroke and her dog called Turkish crossed between husky and lurcher.
