Any symptoms other than low speed like lake of power overall, hesitation, bogging, smoking, noises, etc....? this is the strange why I am asking help here, all is in perfect condition.... No smoke, otherwise I would think wrong mixture. Taking off fast, all what is problem is top speed aaa also climbing up the hills, not so good, but changing torgue spring would cause more problems. This can also be problem due to my heavy weight, 110kg No starnge Noises, all is fine. So I am desperate`with this ************** Just now I was driving home from work, and its storm outside, raining etc. and scoot was barely moving, moisture... ? and also choking in the beginning when I was turning throttel, gas on...maybe here is something I have missed ?

The last time my scoot was doing that in the rain the spark plug wire was totally soaked! Have you checked the integrity of your spark wires? Maybe they're leaking current and grounding somewhere?

What can be wrong? Are you running the stock exhaust. Their pretty restrictive. I didn't see that your scoot had a Kit on it. If it's the stock bore then an 88 main might be a bit rich. Pull your plug and have a look at it. RD

Hi, its stock chinese, little bit bigger than original kymco, but I also have Leo Vince sport exhaust. But yes sparkplug is black, so its little bit big, I can add #79.

Then it might be the stock air filter. Try running it with the Airbox hose disconnected from the carb. If it runs better like that, then consider a less restrictive air filter. To give you an example, I had a modified QMB139. It ran a 47mm, 72cc kit, Uni filter, and a performance muffler. No other mods, except for a 88# main jet.
Hope that gives you some help.

The most restrictive part of these engines is the stock airbox. get a uni filter and make an oil catch can. Dont expect too much from a 4t 50cc. as Brent says- 'there is no replacement for displacement'. A 47mm kit (72cc) with an 88 main with a uni filter and timing advance cdi will get you moving.

Oil catch canm gives what ? I was looking that, in my country we have those for sale: www.monstermarketplace.com/go-karts-and-mini-bikes/gy6-150-oil-catch-tankBetter oil cooling? And when to change original airfilter to sport, more noize ..pluss oil catsh can.... dont get the point, sorry.

And when to change original airfilter to sport, more noize ..pluss oil catsh can.... dont get the point, sorry. better charge air (the air that goes in the carb) flow and volume =more power. when using a free flow air filter, the crank case ventilation (PCV) hose that originally went to the air box will have to be routed somewhere else. this is where the catch can comes in. while the piston is moving up and down, the volume of the crankcase changes. this creates pressure inside the crankcase therefore it must be vented, otherwise you will have oil blowing out the seals and dipstick tube. power will suffer as well. there is a vent on the valve cover that runs a hose to the airbox. if you just disconnect the hose you will end up with an oily mess all over your engine, back tire and tail lights. the catch can 'catches' this oil and also allows the crankcase to be vented. you then empty the can when you change the oil. here is the one i made with a camping stove fuel bottle, a little air filter, a brass fitting and some big band clamps: 49ccscoot.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=4ttech&action=display&thread=1542

yes when you have the PCV system squared away you can then install a free flowing air filter to take advantage of your high performance camshaft =)
