OK I got the scooter running a little better. Still doesnt seem to run the best it has but its not bad. Now then tonite I filled the oil tank. I overfilled it again. Its black and there is no dipstick to check it with. I hate to go by the oil light. I read somewhere that overfilling the oil tank can cause a hydro lock condition in the cylinder. I was thinking back and its possible I did the same thing when I noticed carb issues before. Of course I did start raining again on me as well. I also noticed the tank overfilled a little and dripped down onto the cvt cover right where I machined a cooling vent in it. After I got home I put it on the center stand and nailed it. It wasnt bad but at higher rpms it was missing badly and wouldnt clean out.
Back to the hydrolock. How would this even be possible with an oil enricher anyway? I am just about ready to switch to premix to be on the safe side I think

Stick a piece of tubing on a turkey baster and suck out some of the oil. In the future, use the same tubing as a "dipstick" of sorts to check the oil level.

I don't think overflowing the oil tank can cause any problems with the injector. If you got oil inside the CVT then that can cause the belt and/or clutch to slip. Never heard of hydrolock before...
